Sounds like a plan...I have someone that is motivated or at least says so.  Called today to set up an appointment (that they want me to be there for) and it doesn't work...house a mess!  But they can come next week...and the house has been ready for the past week...They went to Europe over the holidays and locked their screen door - we missed 11 showings!

I have another one for you - when anyone stops by the house to pick up a flyer or read the sign run out to the street and try to drag them in the house for a free tour by the owner!

I am dealing with that one right now.
