Step I: Inspiring Our Team
Starting with the first melting of the snow here in Montana a few months ago and through the storms we have had since, the ladies here at Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net have been going to a personal group trainer three times a week. The limitations of solely knowing one another in the professional work place disappeared. That relationship has been elevated into one that is cross-motivational has brought an increase of confidences and energy levels. There is nothing like bonding over sweat, strength and soreness.
Step II: Re-Evaluate Our Marketing
The thawing of winter has also brought about a spring cleaning of sorts to our marketing structures we have in place. The changes, having now been implemented for a month or so now, have resulted directly in not one, but three new listing coming into our office yesterday each brought on by a different agent who had used the marketing skills in their own personal way to achieve the result. Three new listings under the belt, confidence soars.
Step III: Set & Achieve Goals
Games drive people to strive to win. Although our office is very supportive and uplifting for each and every one, we like friendly competitions as well. We have set up a task list of basic agent duties such as: send 10 emails out to your online prospects, go to lunch with one of your spheres of influence and so on. Each task has a point value and the agents chart it each much. The agent with the most points gets a massage or gift card. It is fun to see the agents come up with new ways to tally points and it really helps to drum up business and build that internal confidence an agent must carry with them to every meeting they attend.
All of these lead to a spring season that will surely be busy. As the managing broker and owner of Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net, my confidence is bound to the confidence of my team.
