It has been a long winter around the New York area and finally the feeling of warmer weather is on the horizon. So now it the time to stretch yourself out, rub out the eye buger's and clean house.

- what ever you do not need, use or love it's time to let go. Let that be all around your home and in that garage if you have one. Be a helpful person and start a donation pile, gift it to friends or family members in need. Clear out un necessary clutter to make room for new beginnings.
- take a walk around your yard and see what needs some freshening up. The land on which your home sits is the foundation of energy so maintaining that area and showing some TLC is very much important. If there is any outside clutter such as old pieces of wood along side your home, broken branches, dead trees, leaves or bushes perhaps mulch them up and reuse them to help promote new growth where needed.
- Spring is about new beginnings, so why not take a look within and ask yourself? is there an old habit I need to shed? If so, make an agreement with self to replace one negative habit with a positive one. For example, if one says I need to lose weight or eat right...get yourself to a gym, speak to a nutritionist and surround yourself with people who are active. Like attracts like.
