Success is not a straight line

Success like most things in our life . . . . as an ebb and flow to it.

Even great businesses go through the ebb and flow in their success.

Apple when through this several years back . . . . and in order to change their fortune they brought Steve Jobs back into the business to change the direction of the company.

Success is not a straight line . . . . and your success can have ebb and flow of the outgoing tide.

One of the most important resources you have to fall back on in the flow of your success . . . . is your character.

With strong character you can maintain your success at a high level for a extended period time. Your character also becomes critical if you hit a rough path in your career.  It’s your character that will stabilize you and allow you to resume your forward progress.

Success is not a straight line . . . . it’s your character that smoothes the path of your success journey that allows you to navigate the ebb and flow of your success journey.
