Why we enjoy doing International Financing.

International Financing is an exciting business. Every week we are being contacted by people from all around the world. Generally these contacts are via e-mail but occasionally we will get actual phone calls from other parts of the world.

What also makes International Financing so interesting is the huge variety of projects which the people want financed. You name it and we have probably been requested to finance it .... Recording Studios, TV Studios, Movie Studios, High Rise Condominiums, Residential Development, Palm Plantations, Hydro-Electric Power Plants, Petroleum Tank Farms, Marinas, Resorts, Casinos, Hotels, Castles, and more.

We've had requests to finance Projects all around the world also. Countries like Russia, Thailand, Kuwait, Lebanon, France, Canada, Philippines, China, India, a Few African Nations, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Peru, Honduras, various Caribbean Islands, the United States and other counties.

What are also amazing are the sizes of the loan amounts. We do loans starting at $5 Million USD and have no upward loan limits. To date the largest project that we have been requested to finance has been $1.9 Billion.

Like Residential Financing, not every loan is financible for whatever reason, but a huge benefit that we have is the flexibility in how to structure the file to attain financing. Many clients come to us with a very large development project. The larger the dollar amount, typically the higher the risk from the eyes of the Investor. Many of these projects can be broken down into smaller loans and phases which make financing them easier. Unlike a home that needs financing, you can't break it down into sections to finance.
