Real estate agents are always looking for the magic pill on how to better handle objections. There is a constant thirst to discover the cure to objection based on poor performance. Real estate brokerages, teams, and agents alike are looking for the cure for poor performance.

 
To amaze you I have the cure, so stop looking for solutions on how to better handle real estate objections, and simply quit. I know this is shocking. However, a sheep is a sheep and it will never will be a horse, so all the seminars in the world will not make that sheep change. We brokerages and teams spend 93% of our time trying to fix, motivate, and train our weak agents hoping they will eventually get it.
 
The reason they fail is simple. Their passion for true success is not there. They do .8 or less transactions a month to just get by. They get the basics they want each month and struggle doing this. They should go work a job that pays them hourly and stop making the motivational speakers rich looking for the cure for better real estate objection handling skills. 
 
What makes a successful realtor? Willing to go the extra mile, hard working, likable, trust worthy, and always putting their clients needs a head of their own needs. Not fancy domain names, not slick objection skills, or high tech follow up tools. Just simple I want to work, I am not even aware of how much money I have made for the month, etc personality. Like a farm hand who is just going to bust his or her tail, because they enjoy doing things right.
 
Now this is a conversation I just overheard at a local coffee shop. Was this person right or wrong? I know from my experience it takes me five animals delivered to me to get one horse. I get a few chickens, a few sheep, and a horse. Still cracking up over his sheep vs the horse part. It is true it takes me five agents to get one who can make a career out of it.
