I specialize in riverfront property here in Northern California where we have some of the best fly-fishing in the world.  I am discovering that there are many people ready, willing, and able to buy their dream riverfront/waterfront property, but that they don't necessarily need to be in my county, or even my state!  I am actively pursuing the establishment of a national network of Realtors so that when a buyer contacts any of us, we can quickly communicate and identify the location of the property that is most likely to fit this particular buyer's needs.

A great service for buyers, to be sure, and what seller of waterfront/riverfront property would not want to list with someone who has a direct pipeline to buyers from all around the country?!!!!
