At Evergreen, we applaud Kevin Hancock (NMLS ID 108328), loan officer from the Silverdale branch (NMLS ID 1147547) who was awarded the Affiliate of the Year Award from the Kitsap County Association of Realtors® (KCAR). The organization was founded in 1918, serves 540 Realtors and 40 affiliate companies, and works to serve homeowners in Kitsap County.

Kevin served as the 2013 Chairman of the Kitsap County Association of Realtors, supporting its members with fundraising and volunteer efforts throughout the year. The Affiliate of the Year Award honors an affiliate or an affiliate company that stands out from a distinguished group and this year that “stand out” was Kevin.

Their interests in serving homeowners and creating a positive influence within our community motivates me professionally and personally. It’s been a privilege serving as Chairman for such a dedicated and passionate group of professionals,” said Kevin Hancock.
