Homes on Land and Murrieta Ranches. Murrieta has quite a few homes with at least one acre of land. Most of these homes in the link are in an area called La Cresta which is located off of Interstate 15 at the Clinton Keith Road, Murrieta exit. I get a lot of inquiries from buyers who are really intrigued with having a home in California on acreage or even a very large lot. The reason is that most of the homes in California don't come with much land or yard space.

Hosptials Near Murrieta: There are many hosptials and medical centers in Murrieta. Kaiser and Inland Valley Regional Medical Center are very nearby. Temecual has it's own hospital that was just built and there Palomar Hosipital, was just built in 2012 is only 30 minutes away. Loma Linda hospital in Menifee is approximately 20 minutes away.
Murrieta's Proximity to International Airports: The closest Airport to Murrieta is Ontario Airport which is 53 miles from Temecula. San Diego International Airport is 60 miles from Murrieta. Murrieta is 90 minutes to Los Angeles International Airport for those considering a move to Murrieta or Temecula that also need to be near Los Angeles or LAX airport.
