Recently a number of Realtors from various brokerages in Omaha decided to join together and open a Keller Williams franchise. Many people have asked "Why open another brokerage in Omaha?" I, on the other hand, think it's great. With increased competition, everyone wins. The consumer has more choices and agents are forced to do their best.

Troy, you are right on the mark.  Everyone wins.  Consumers have more choice, agents receive better tools and services from their companies.  Increased competition means companies have to be competitive in terms of commission split, services and training in order to recruit and retain agents.
