WU-YI TEA - what scientists now call "The world's most powerful fat burner".  Well, I can't say that has been true for me, but I am sold on this product for the other results. After making this tea my "start the morning" drink, and using it for months now. I must tell you that my blood pressure is great, 120 over 80 or better, my blood tests are great - with good levels, but the biggest thing I love about it and I DO give it 100% credit for, is my skin. It is very clear, radiant...in fact, all I use is a simple moisturizer (1x am & 1x pm) with a little mascara, that's it. I do not wear any other makeup. This is a recent pic - do I look like I am in my 50's?  Anyway, I know in order to lose weight, I have to curb what goes into my mouth (lower portions), get back into my exercise routine, while keeping a positive attitude (because when I start to feel down - here comes the carton of ice cream, my nemisis). I just wondered if anyone else here, has tried WU-YI Tea. It's advertising said Ophrah uses it. Hmmm. But if you are, what have your results been on weight loss? Should I be drinking this more than 1x a day? Well, my scale is tipping high, gotta get the weight down. Thought about starting South Beach Diet? Any advice? Maybe I should learn how to use the "monster" in the basement - husband purchased this bowflex machine, looks complicated.

Being fit and healthy is definitely important.  After doing real estate full time, I have had little time to even eat.  Sometimes we forget that our greatest real estate tool is our bodies.  We have to take care of it or else we won't be productive anyways.

Hi Carla,  You might want to check out the bookswritten by Drs, Oz & Rosien.  They cover an amazing scope of issues and how to attain a healthy lifestyle.  BTW, rthay appear on Oprah frequently and she devote the entire show to them !

Carla -  dual benefits health and skin -- sounds like a good deal.  Where can you purchase the tea?  As far as a diet goes -- my recommendation would be to eat small meals throughout the day and more green veggies.

Dennis - I have found that during my busy season, I eat on the run...many times purchasing fast food. I agree with you on the point, our body is our #1 tool, gotta treat it right to keep going strong & can't take good health for granted. Thanks for commenting. - Carla

Bii G - from Ft Myers,  Thank you for the book tips, I will look into reading them.

Aziz abdur - I purchase my Wu-Yi Tea online from this link:  http://www.Wu-YiSource.com and the site tries to steer you into believing it is the Ultimate Fat Burner, but I can not attest to that, but could be because I only drink one cup in the morning & not sticking to a healthy diet & not back into any type of exercise regimen. BUT I start tomorrow back into a toning class on Tues/Thurs & will try to attempt to use the beast downstairs (BowFlex).

Bill S- Let me know your results after using it. I am sold on the other benefits it gives me.

Thanks all of you for commenting!

I'm waiting to hear if anyone else has tried this tea, and what kind of results you are getting. Let me know...Carla

I started using it about three weeks ago.  I have already noticed a better energy level, better blood pressure.  I am diabetic and was concerened about side effects, but so far I really like it.  Being a guy, I don't think about how clear my skin is (maybe I should) but at 57 and enjoying every minute of it, I will not worry about that.  Good picture and good blogs.  Thank you for sharing.

I have not heard of Wu-Yi but will check it out now. You look great , maybe no credit to  the tea.

L Wayne Denton: Glad to hear you are getting positive results, too, from the tea. I wish it really was a fat buster, but I just love food too much!

Kathleen: Please, check this stuff out! It really does give you more energy along with other health benefits. AND I get nothing for promoting this stuff - but when I try something, and it gives positive results, I spread the word.
Thanks for commenting! Let us know if you try it!

Sounds interesting, I'll have to look for it.  Improved health is always good, even though the weight thing really needs to work into the plan too!!

Patrice,

so far, the only place I have found this tea for sale was through the internet. There is a special going on right now, but I still have a good supply on hand. Let me know if you give it a try. - Carla
