I don't know why people always pick REAL ESTATE to practice their conversation, opinions and beliefs on. Everyone I meet is a Real Estate expert so they think because they read or experienced some small aspect of it and then add their TWO CENTS to it they know it all. Their CENTS usually makes no SENSE
I AM NOT SURPRISED
I have often run into people who when questioned become adamant on the subject matter. That's an interesting dynamic because in my over 35 years in this ever evolving learning business, I am not adamant about anything. That's because so much can and will happen.
CHOOSE YOUR PRACTICE
I don't even know everything one could know. The REAL ESTATE arena of practice and its related subjects are so vast in general let alone in detail. What happens is that a practitioner picks an area or areas of personal interest to them and then they learn to how maximize that position
SOMETIMES I GLOW AND SOMETIMES I FLOW
When you call someone that has repeatedly focused in one particular area for years, you expect a certain outcome and result. This goes for those that practice, law, medicine or accounting as well as many other careers. I know a little bit about a lot, but I wont practice in those arenas blindly
HOW DO... YOU ...KNOW?
I often ask people who are set in their WAYS...who told you this or who is telling you that? Either they read it some where and agreed with it or they have chosen to blindly go along with a friend or relative. Some people just like the position they have chosen to stand on. The actual knowing of something is missing. Instead, a substitute for experience is offered
WE ALL PLAY A PART
The title of the post is like a sword that cuts both ways. If you approach a professional, seasoned practitioner, they have to come through when called upon. When they in turn question the lay person, that person has to answer their part as well. Together, a team is formed with the agent on point. Now we are going places
THE ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT
When I am about to purchase a product or service, I inquire. I may have some experience in some things or little or no experience. But then I am hoping that I will gain enough to feel confident about moving forward. If I run into a professional, then it makes for smoother transacting and experience.
