The Melvin-Peters Real Estate Team (702) 900-1238 discuss the different types of search opportunities when looking for a home on the internet. "97% of all buyers begin their search online" says the National Association of Realtors (NAR) based on a recent survey. JC and Matt say to find a site that's easy to operate and where you, the buyer, can clearly define your search, and the biggy...where nobody is using or selling your information in an inappropriate way.For this and more information on starting your search contact the agent you feel comfortable with in your area or call us for direction.

Here, in this video is JC and Matt's pitch for buyer's to use their site when searching for homes in the Las Vegas Valley. These guys have a combined over 34 years in the business.

We have found that a variety of informative articles and videos have made it easier for buyers to access the online MLS opportunity with the details they're searching for and yet without the fear of being pounded upon by agents.

When buyers or sellers are on the site completing a search, they can always call or submit their information (name and email address) on the contact us page if and when they want to speak to an agent or need clarification about a certain issue.

When the search turns out to so specific that it requires the agent to set a specific set of parameters into the system, that can easily be done with a phone call or email to the agent. Once this is set up it can begin a drip of all properties meeting that criteria being delivered directly to the clients inbox.

Modern technology is a wonderful thing and has changed the way that buyers and seller alike do their research regarding real estate.
