Spring 2014, Activerain Meet up in Fort Myers FL

Yesterday evening, my husband and I attended the spring 2014 Activerain Meet up from 5:00- 7:00pm at Leroy Selmons, 5056 Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33912.

There were 8 attendees, our host was Wayne Martin (Wayne M Martin LLC), John Wiley(Platinum Elite Realty), Randy Mitchelson (IpartnerMedia), Blanca Contreras(Century 21 Birchwood Realty,Inc), Yolanda Planes(Capital Bank), also included were my husband Andy and another REALTOR® Bill Hopmann (Downing Frye Realty Inc), who is not an Activerain member. Bill just stopped by to meet us then he left.

Activerain Meet up Discussion

We shared stories from builders, the real estate market conditions, new subdivisions, grocery stores as well as popular restaurants in the area.

I am grateful that Blanca offered her tips and expertise in helping me list Freddie Max properties.

There is always so much to learn from Activerain members (active or non- active), either on the web or at a face to face meet ups.

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the chatting and the delicious food until we departed around 8:00pm.

Special Thanks to Wayne for hosting the event and I am looking forward to the next Activerain Meet up.
