In Houston, Texas there's a Real Estate Brokerage Firm on every block. From Mom & Pop Shops, Tons of Independent Brokerages, Discount and/or Flat Fee Firms, to Major Brands there are plenty of options to choose from in the biggest city in the Lone Star State. Houston being a city with over 26,000 Realtors, obviously no one Brokerage has a dominate and/or superior system because every Agent in town would be working there.

Often enough, most want to define us as a Discount Brokerage Firm. The only issue with that label is that everybody in one transaction or another has to for whatever reason discount or reduce a commission to successfully close a transaction. With that being said, because fees are negotiable, every Broker is actually a Discount Broker. But in the pursuit of defining and putting different Brokerages in a Box, iBuy Realty has been flagged with the title "Discount Broker" because we take a transparent and upfront approach to display the services we offer consumers. I'm sure that is a horrible thing to do, right? Nobody wants transparency and upfront options as a consumer!!
