I now know for sure that I will not get to any of the many projects I need to do to grow my business this year. I have made a terrible mistake and have become an addict. I am addicted to 'Dueling Digs' on Zillow. I now spend way too much time selecting which kitchen,  yard, interior space , garden wins in a fascinating  SMACKDOWN with Zillow provided photos and their ridulously advanced technology! So Buyer, and Sellers - please leave a message and I will return your call shortly!

Kristal,

I'm a little confused here, you said that you are certain that you won't achieve some of your goals you had set for this year?  We are barely approaching the end of March!!! Is it more cost effective for you to be online on that site than focusing on your goals?  Well... just a thought!

Zillow still causes more problems than it solves. The accuracy is simply not there on Zillow and yet the public are starting to believe that it is.

Kristal- Sara from Zillow here.  Cute post.  While I am glad you like the new feature, I am sure you can still hit your goals.  :)  Doesn't Dueling Digs show how far proper staging and good presentation can go?

I felt you were being a little more than a tad ironic!  I thought you layed it on pretty thick!  Thanks for the post, I'm gonna go check it out.  Like I needed another thing to occupy my time!  Guess I'll have to start getting to work another hour early, to squeeze one more site into my daily routine.  Thanks from a decreasingly productive colleague...

Sara, I agree 100% I am particularly interested in photo techiniques and lighting etc. I see a lot of photos that could show the property much better with more thougt and effort - I am learning from this
