How does your Hidden Gems match up?

I was one of the 1,500 real estate agents in the country to participate in this Hidden Gems Survey.  Though I must admit, I didn't agree with the final outcome of the survery, they did an outstanding infographic on the results of the survey. 

While Amazing Views and Neighborhood Quality tied for first place for this survey, I will always tell both buyers and sellers the schools should be their first priority if they have kids. 

When I'm showing homes in Woodstock, GA, I remind the buyers coming into the area that they will on average stay in the home they are looking at purchasing for about 5 to 7 years.  The education of their kids will stay with them for a lifetime.
