Anita -- thanks for this clarification.  I met some VA buyers a couple of months ago who told me that their loan was guaranteed because they were both VA and credit didn't matter. 

Great infographic Anita. You know the VA market well. When many of your buyers are veterans it is a must.

Anita, this is great information especially for military personnel in my area because of the Redstone Arsenal that maintains a large Military population.

Anita, there were several of us in sync about this type of financing in our blogs this last week! I found out that VA will loan on a flood zone property, something I didn't know. I spoke with a couple of my loan aficionados and they gave me the scoop. So, I wrote about it (not usually something I try to tackle).
