Home sales in the Flower Mound area were down 5% in February 2014 compared to last year, with 233 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 8% , with 430 homes sold. New Flower Mound real estate listings increased 4% from last year, with 436 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 1%, with 807 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 15%, at 318 homes.
