Home sales in the Garland area were down 24% in February 2014 compared to last year, with 106 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 20% , with 222 homes sold. New Garland real estate listings increased 10% from last year, with 193 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have increased 3%, with 381 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 14%, at 142 homes.
