I will admit it, I am addicted to real estate. Always have been most likely always will be. 

"That's one reason people hire me to help them buy and sell houses. They know I know the Prince William County Virginia area well."

Take for example today. It's Sunday my self proclaimed day off due to the cold wet raining March weather we are having. Seriously, no one in their right mind wants to go out in this cold weather. 

However since it is my day off, after doing the laundry, and the floors, and general housework my husband took me to lunch! Love this guy.On our return home, I asked. Bill  would you mind heading in a different direction? 

He said "What's up?" He is such a good sport!

I said. I would  like to check out a few subdivisions and photograph some of the homes on acreage lots. So many people are looking for acreage homes and homes with main level master bedrooms, I just like to photograph them and show them what's possible in and around Prince William County Virginia. Imagine my surprise when I saw these two three car garage homes. Aren't they gorgeous? You should see the inside of these homes. Oh my, coffer ceilings, granite, hardwood floors, stainess, one even has gone with the wind staircase!

Luxury homes for sale with three car garages between Woodbridge and Manassas VirginiaBoth have "Immediate Delivery" signs in the windows. So both are waiting for new owners!  Both sit on gorgeous wooded acreage lots less than ten miles to all the shopping you want in any direction. I like going with my husband because he is not in real estate. I am always interested to hear his thoughts about the lots, the communities and the commute. His take was this. Peggy, I would have never thought you could find such peaceful, gorgeous lots, just off the beaten path. You feel like you are in a totally different area.

Last week I photographed these two cul-de-sac luxury homes in the Lake Ridge Virginia area. If you were just searching all the major real estate portals you would miss these two homes. Yet, both are nearing completion. Someone is going to get a brand new home in the Lake Ridge Virginia area. Is it you? Only if you act fairly quickly. Again, these homes are brand new home listed by the builder.

Jim Holder- Yes believe it not I am woman. "Hear me roar!" I do laundry, cook breakfast, have dinner on the table every night at 5:30 ( that's our time) and work real estate full time. It's in my DNA! My twin sells with me.

Christi- have you asked him what he thinks? My husband now says "I owe my previous Realtors of years past an apology!" I understand he was pretty tough on them. He actually almost didn't go out with my because I was a REALTOR! LOL! 

Marte- what amazes me in our area is how many home builders and For Sale by Owners do not have their homes on the MLS. The homes are hiding in plain sight. The take away for home buyers is never under estimate the power of a knowledgeable local REALTOR!

Rob Comment #11- Oh for those that of us that sell full time, we all know a lot of people who would move if they could find the right house. Every good REALTOR just needs to know what would make you look forward to coming home daily. Then it is our job to help you find it.

Peggy, I love that you are a twin and that you and your sister work together.  Driving neighborhoods is one of the most important things we can do as Realtors.  I never take the same route twice, so that I can see as much of Dallas as possible every day.
