Chili's Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie -- This Could Be Habit Forming!

We enjoyed a family dinner at Chili's last night. We were doing ok through the main course -- the Mango-Chile Tilapia was tasty and did not cause the calorie-counter to spin.

We then went off the tracks (in a good way) with dessert. My daughter wanted to share the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie -- a jumbo, over-baked chocolate chip cookie that is topped with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.

What it Looked Like Two Minutes Later

As you can see from the photos, we devoured it in record time. I am happy to report that it was delicious and could be habit forming!
