April Fools Day...Pranked, Punked, or Pathetic?

Jokers and Pranksters...April Fools Day will be here in a few short hours and I know many of you will be having some harmless (or is it shameless?) fun with the jokes and pranks.

No sense in giving away what you have planned (unless you want to) but if you have done a past prank that is worthy of being in the prankster hall of fame, here is your opportunity to share it. Heck, even if it is lame, share away. ;-)

Personally, I typically end up on the joke end of pranks and am expecting more of the same this year. Too darn literal for my own good. HA!

When my sons were little, they were always running through the house. I would complain, as I am an avid collector of porcelain dolls. Well my husband had given me a hand made indian chief doll that was my prize possession. So I am at work and the boys call and say they have bad news, they were running through the house and they broke my indian chief! EEK!!! I am in tears, i did not even want to go home and see that. When I get home, they were sitting on the sofa with the indian chief on the coffee table...I was crying by this time because nothing was broken!!! I hold this as my worst April Fool's Day EVER!!!

I usually end up on the back end of jokes today - especially with my son who is 11 and thinks EVERYTHING is a joke today. I will have to try to think of something to get him though and surprise him today.

Amanda: I saw a few pranks this morning but I was not the target. I must be too easy to prank.

Beth: I try to avoid both sides of them myself.

Lisa: I stayed busy and out of the office most of the day so after the morning staff meeting I was clear of the jokers.

Anita, You did indeed find the one I pulled! It was the only one I was involved in for the day, unless you count that offer that came in on one of our listings. You'd have thought it was an April Fool's joke....but we've countered and hoping for the best :)
