My Spring Time Favorites are Many. First, I love the change in weather to a warmer climate, that is great for your morning or afternoon walks. Seeing all the budding flowers, and signs of everything changing to green, let’s me know that Spring has arrived. You can’t help but to noticed how lovely our state flower, the Texas Bluebonnets, are this time of the year. Of course, all this wouldn’t be possible with some nice rain too.
As a sports fanatic, I love college basketball for the March Madness. I am also looking forward to the Augusta Nationals for the Masters Cup in Golf. Baseball is starting for many teams too, and even though San Antonio doesn’t have a local professional baseball team, we can still go out there and enjoy Fun NIghts with our San Antonio Missions, a semi-pro league. The Home Opener is April 10, 2014 at 7:05 P.M. at Nelson Wolff Stadium. See the San Antonio Missions Official Site for ticket information and more details about their schedule.
