At Complete Home Inspections, Inc. we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and increase market share. We do this by creating a constant presence in the offices. We do this in several ways, however; the most successful one is the candy bowl that either sets by the gate keeper’s desk or in the kitchen.
This week, we are giving our agents a treat - not a treatment by giving them some of Annelle’s Chocolate Wodka Brownies. Oh! Talk about something to die for. Needless to say, they were gone in a heartbeat. All that was left was the candy and that was gone by the end of the day. Now that I have spoiled the offices with more of Annelle’s great southern cooking, I reckon she will be baking more for next week.
Whether folks believe it or not, those agents will remember you kindly and it cannot hurt your business.
Hi Michael,
Nut free ones I would think. Some people are allergic to nuts. Maybe one of those ingredient label's to inform the agents! Maybe over thinking a bit her.
Have a good day in Brentwood.
Best, Clint McKie
Very nice gesture. We never see food being offered, only a note pad with the inspectors name and number on it!
Michael, it appears you have everyone's attention. Will it convert into orders? Keep us informed. Enjoy your day!
Good morning Michael,
Sounds like your secret weapon of Annelle's Chocolate Wodka Brownies are making a hit with those you are interested in utilizing your services!
Why do I always fall into these food traps on ActiveRain? COOKIES!
Make each day a positive experience!
Regards, Paul ..
Michael I expect you to bring some of Annelle's Chocolate Vodka Brownies next time you come to CT :)
Michael ...that sounds criminal ...offer brownies! LOL
You'll have them all now!
Great post!
Michael
Sounds like a nice treat . . . .
Good luck and success.

Hi Michael ... they sound delicious and I can understand why they disappear quickly. What a nice touch.
GOOD MORNING MICHAEL! Wow - so cool of you! I bet those were gone in no time!
Michael, I love this idea and as an agent would appreciate the effort and the treat.
