This has been a long week and a stressful one too. So as I prepare for the weekend and the week ahead I am excited to clear the fog and get moving again. I have a lot to do in preparation for a long ago booked trip, but I can handle this and these things are within my control. I am a pretty good cop-er, and I generally handle things head on. Stress for me comes when I lose control and don't have the personal ability to make things better. I think I am fine now, I'm busy, but busy is good. The fog has cleared, and I'm not talking about the weather.
