Home sales by from 2010 to 2013 ranged from 12, 16, 11 and 13 per year. These older floor plans with old style Formal Living & Formal Dining rooms are not as popular into 2014 and sellers are having to update these homes somewhat in order to obtain a sale. I'm working on an appraisal now of a home in there that hasn't sold over many months and it's because it's dated cosmetically.

I have no explanation as to why the correction into 2014 as the Baton Rouge Real Estate market in 70816 is generally stable. Home sizes ranged from 1,986sf to 2,044sf and sales prices ranged from $187,500 to $215,000, both homes were renovated and sold at $94 and $108/sf.
