It is on a lake and has features that I have never seen before.
For instance, this record player in on the kitchen cabinet and folds up into the wall for storage! It has speakers throughout the house for your listening pleasure. Note the radio beside it. I have never seen this in a house before, have you?
Also, the kitchen sink in this house has a light just above the faucet! This is another item that I have never seen in a house before.
