There are many great reasons to call Athens, GA home.  Recently Athens, GA has won some great awards and had some really great press, so I thought it might be time to share some of them with you again!

  Well, we already knew it! But validation is always nice!  And we have plenty of pet friendly dining options in and around Athens, GA.

And there are many more...maybe you owe it to yourself to consider relocating to Athens, GA?  I'm one of the fortunate few that gets to claim being a Native Athenian.  And there is no place I would rather call home!  

We have everything from premium intown condos to renovated mill studios to walking oriented neighborhoods to farms and estates.  

And maybe some of the best Athens, GA news is about our real estate market.  Although we experienced some of the market downturn over the last few years, we have remained mostly stable in real estate values, in part due to the stability of our economy and growth due to the presence of the University of Georgia.  Caterpillar has also moved to Athens, GA recently and is increasing job opportunities!

Athens, Georgia has a small town with plenty of opportunities!  There really is something for everyone....come see for yourself!
