Home staging in Vaughan we stage over 500 homes every year. It is a very busy market.

For that reason it is in the interest of a home owner to be represented by an agent that knows when to call in the right home stager to prepare a property for listing photos.

We recently staged a home that required a a change in paint colour (you will see why in a minute), and some serious space planning done.

In this example the change in the home is dramatic. It is now bright, spacious and "move in ready".

It won't be long before a SOLD sign is out front.

All we did was suggest a STAGING SAFE NEUTRAL PAINT COLOUR, installed draperies and furniture to provide a move in ready look that created space and function, hung artwork and provided a few lamps. We also painted the kitchen cabinets to present an updated look.

thank you Sharon, this house sat on the market for months in its previous baby pink state. There has been tons of showings in the first 24 hours and a possible 4 offers already. Just waiting to hear more....

Hi Sally, the home owner asked why the previous agent did not mention that most people do not have a baby pink  home and that would be a reason people would look past the "make work project" if they bought this home. I did not have an answer for him but I did know one thing. Even if they didn't hire me to stage their home the one thing they could do to attract a buyer was to paint a neutral colour.
