 Market Report Franklin TN March 2014 Summary

Although the number of homes sold and days on market numbers are very similar year to year, there is almost a $50,000 increase in the average list price and average sold price. Franklin is in a seller’s market and home prices are continuing to increase.  Homes are selling for very close to their list price so that is a good sign for sellers. The market has been gradually improving throughout 2013 and will hopefully continue the trend in 2014.

The home with the lowest sales price ($53,500) sold in March 2013 was a fixer upper located in downtown Franklin and the highest sale ($1,131,200) was located in Laurelbrooke

The home with the lowest sales price ($112,000) sold in March 2014 was located in Cadet Homes and the highest sale ($1,825,000) was located in Laurelbrooke.
