Market Report Brentwood TN March 2014 Summary
These numbers only pertain to Brentwood single-family homes in Williamson County. Since Brentwood is near the county line, some Brentwood homes reside in Davidson County.
Although the number of homes sold and days on market numbers are very similar year to year, there is over a $70,000 increase in the average list price and average sold price. Brentwood is in a seller’s market and home prices are continuing to increase. Homes are selling for very close to their list price so that is a good sign for sellers. The market has been gradually improving throughout 2013 and will hopefully continue the trend in 2014.
The home with the lowest price ($275,000) sold in March 2013 was located in Stonehenge and the highest sale ($2,250,000) was a short sale located in Governors Club and had been on the market for 172 days.
The home with the lowest price ($280,000) sold in March 2014 was located in Southern Woods and the highest sale ($2,000,000) was located in Governors Club.
