The Associated Press reported today that existing home sales rose in Feb, surprising economists who expected another month of declines.

This is great news for our nation! We are all in a buyer's market and hopefully fear is beginning to lose its grip on Americans.

Any positive news has to be good. Actually I believe the news will make everyone breathe a sigh of temporary relief!

YAY! Finally someone with some POSITIVE news. I'm going to look at our local numbers and let my sphere know. Thanks for the encouragement!

I'm so happy to hear some positive news. Maybe now the national media will start reporting on that more. (Now that I think of it, probably not - because they seem to love reporting on negative stories much more.)
