We are all in the business of marketing. Whether we are real estate agents or home inspectors, we need to find the right people who will direct business to us. Once we find them, we need to attract their attention long enough to read what we have to say. This describes online and offline marketing.
As a marketing agent for a team of real estate agents, it’s my job to provide the marketing pieces that will make my phone ring. It’s the job of the marketer to make it happen.
Marketing materials need to be refreshed. Just as the market is continually changing, so too do our marketing materials need a make-over. Potential clients need to see something new and energizing. They need to understand that marketing is the key to their success as well as ours, and a new look in marketing materials will give them that understanding.
I focus on marketing, but there is a need to utilize the keen mind and thoughts of others when it’s an effort to recharge and revitalize. ActiveRain provides that opportunity for each of us. I’m in the process of revamping our team brochure, and I decided I needed some new ideas.
A quick email to our own Marte Cliff, copywriter, and it was done within a few days. The finishing touches of photo placement and background color will be done by my marketing department. I will post the final product soon.
Take advantage of what we have available to us at our fingertips. There is talent here. We are a group of professionals who can be of great assistance to each other. Saving time and producing a new marketing material with a refreshed look and flavor is a blessing. Think about hiring a professional to do what they do best.
