In the first 9 days of the month, there were 13 homes changed to either under agreement or marked as contingent.
The 13 properties with status changes in the first 9 days of the month you are looking at about 47 days of marketing time.
The average price of these homes in Milton is $749,000. The average price per square foot is $305.
Two of the 13 homes that went under agreement in Milton were listed for over 1 million.
The two homes that went under agreement in Milton that went under agreement for over 1 million were located off of Brush Hill Road on a new road that is being developed named Beechwood Lane.
These two homes were located at 2 Beechwood Lane and 4 Beechwood Lane. These were listed at $1,659,000 and $1,729,000.
The least expensive home put under agreement in Milton in April thus far is located at 366 Blue Hill Avenue. It was 2 bedroom & 2 bath ranch. This was on the market for only 26 days.

Since the Spring market is really just beginning we are seeing that the inventory is beginning to grow. There has been a 64% increase in month over month new listings.
