One of your goals as a blogger should be getting regular readers: if members of your community keep coming back to your blog, who do you think they'll think of when they or someone they know is looking to sell their house?
One of the best ways to get people to come back to your blog for more is by doing a series. If you've got multiple parts to a blog post, your readers are more likely to come back the next day for the next installment of the series, and get into the habit of coming back to your blog day after day.
Here's a great little example of the perfect series timeline:
Friday: Stay Tuned For Next Week's Series: Five Things to Do Before Selling Your House - This lets readers know what's coming and will encourage them to visit back on Monday.
Monday: Five Things to do Before Selling Your House, Part 1: [title]
Tuesday: Five Things to do Before Selling Your House, Part 2: [title]
etc etc etc.
At the end of each post, encourage readers to come by again the next day for the continuation of the series. It's a great way to get readers to become regular.
