Westchester of Coral Springs is one of the best subdivisions to raise a family in. It is surrounded by three great schools,  Westchester Elementary, Sawgrass Springs Middle School and the Coral Glades High School.  A lake and walk trail that just got new landscaping including Florida Palm Trees,  a great ice skating rink and aquatic center with five pools. A popular dog park, a nature center, a tennis center with 16 courts and the Coral Springs Regional Park. Only going 60 days back March 2014, the sales ranged in price from $240,000. to $350,000.

• The property that sold for $240,000. on 2893 NW. 1 23rd Ave. was a regular sale, right across the street from the dog park. It was a three bedroom, two bath home with a pool over 1400 ft. Corner lot built in 1980 with a fenced yard.

• The next one at 12096 NW. 25th St. was a short sale that closed for $265,000.  It was a four bedroom, three and a half bath with a pool on a corner lot.

• The next property was only on the market for 36 days. It was a three bedroom, two bath at 11766 NW. 28th St. over 1500 ft. with a pool. It was in a cul-de-sac with a big screen patio, a regular sale. It closed for $279,000.

• And here's one it's my favorites, a three bedroom, two bath with pool home at 2599 NW. 1 21st Dr. It was listed for $349,000. and sold for $350,000.  It was a regular sale and everything about it was spectacular! Waterfront home with upgrades in every corner! Wood floors in the bedrooms, crown moldings, beautiful backyard setting with the Tiki hut, pool and ample yard! Truley one of Westchesters best sales.
