Depot Hill in Capitola on the oposite side of the river and in a private neighborhood that has only one entry right before the rail raod track, hence the named "Depot Hill Neighborhood." They also have a walkway along the very tall cliff above the beach and after jetty. If you live there you know that you can see staright down and you will sometimes see the turtle family. Of course you can see the local dophins too. They have homes for sale for $800,000 - $3,000,000.
I used to live on the corner of 49th Ave and Emerald in a 2093 SF on about a 3900 SF lot and that was a big home. Loved living there because it was a adult and kids neighborhood the kids walked to New Brighton Middle School and to Junior Guards in the summer.
