Kitchen Pick of the Week: A Switch!

So you've been seeing our kitchen picks of the week. BUT, I decided to make a little switch this time around.

Instead of it being the kitchen that we really like, this week, you'll see a kitchen that for a few reasons, we're not really that fond of.

What's great is you may actually like it...let's see...

So Tyra, what don't you care for about this one? Thanks for asking...;)

Stove Placement - As someone who cooks a lot, there is "no way" that I would ever want my over than far away from me. I'm an artistic chef. Which means, I like my food to be a surprise to my family and friends. Too much access, I say..way too much access to the art work!

Window Placement - I really like natural light. However, I would have preferred that the windows be elsewhere in this kitchen. Don't ask me where...just somewhere else. LOL!

Middle Island  - So I'm all for having company in the kitchen while you're cooking. However, I think I would have opted to remove the seating in exchange for a little more counter space in the center.

So I know, I've mentioned the things that I don't care that much about in this kitchen, but, I just have to share the things that I do like about it.

Under Counter Ice Maker - I know you may have missed it. But on the corner to the right of the sink, there is an ice maker. I'm an ice fan so it receives the thumbs up x 2!

Refrigerator Drawers - When you cook a lot it's imporant to have enough space in the refrigerator. Those refrigerator drawers can definitely come in handy when preparing for a big meal or event at your home.
