They will be Mad...

In my former career of Auto Body and Paint, I had a situation that was not going well and the deadline was today. The boss said " If you are late they will be mad, if it isn't right they will STAY MAD".

I took my laptop to a town 130 miles round trip for repairs last Thursday. They said "are busy we will get to it the beginning of the week". Tuesday afternoon I called, " Have not got to it yet". Thursday morning I call, "will be ready today"!

I get there just before closing, "not quite done, need another day" "We want to know what you want us to do about BLAH BLAH BLAH, IT WAS NOT PART OF THE DEAL AND NOT NEEDED.

Do you folks know how to use a %#@*& phone? It better be RIGHT next time I make the drive. Your thoughts?
