Everyday, we are driven with goals that we set out to achieve. And I think almost everyone who is striving to be successful in real estate business that we personally know is busy. Calendar schedule are full with appointments. When the day job is done, we have other personal stuff to attend to as well as social media and emails. The following day, we are swamped with paperwork, calls to be returned, meeting with real estate buyers, real estate sellers and other real estate investors. The next thing we know, we are already on the road trying to catch our breath, and in a hurry to make it on time with our appointment.  So, we decided to just call or send out messages while driving to make sure we have coordinated with everyone that we are scheduled to meet for the day.

Let’s face it anywhere we go these days, everyone is holding a phone, texting or talking to somebody on the phone while driving. And then you hear about some recent accidents involving a man or a woman texting while driving. Despite the danger of texting while driving, it’s still a practice that many people cannot refrain themselves from doing so.  And even with the texting ban that’s been attempted by the state government with penalties involved, it’s still hard for most people to stop doing this.  On July 1, 2010, in Georgia, restriction had been implemented that prohibits writing, sending, or reading any text-based communication, including via internet.  It also prohibits drivers under 18 with provisional licenses from talking on cell phones while driving and the penalty is up to $150.

I wonder what can stop us from texting while driving...
