This winter has been ridiculous.
In Fort Wayne, we got 457 feet of snow this winter and the average temperature was -175.
Okay. I might be exaggerating just a little bit, but it was cold and snowy!
Yesterday I had showings in the morning and then wrote an offer in the afternoon. At the very last second, my insurance guy texted me and asked if I was up for some of this...
Of course I was!
That's Brookwood Golf Course off of Bluffton Road and Airport Expressway. It's a fun course and the huge planes fly right over you as they're landing.
Temperatures yesterday hit 72 degrees and the sun was out. So were all of the golfers too! It was a perfect day for golf.
How did I shoot? Yeah. Like it was my first time golfing for the year.
Today it's supposed to be in the mid to upper 70's! It's going to be perfect weather to show homes, which is what we'll be doing most of the afternoon.
If we have time after showings, we'll probably head over to Foster Park (our favorite place) and do some jogging/walking. Heck, we might even bring the dogs along!
