The Estates of Tradition was originally developed by Toll Brothers. Tradition's luxury homes are located in The Estates. It is very welcome news that DR Horton, America's builder is completing The Estates at Tradition.
There are to be 7 models available from the low 300's. The model detail:

Glacier II - Is a One Story 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath plus Den, 3-Car garage offering 3,452 living square feet and priced just under $390,000.

I love the layout of each and every one of them and can't wait for DR Horton to build them. Of course, they are always more beautifully impressive in person once the fine finishing touches are added.
