This event is named Dinner and a Marriage and it will be held on Monday April 14, 2014 and hosted at Hasta La Pasta Italian Grill which is located at the address shown above which is in South Katy Texas. Take the Highland Knolls/Bay Hill Blvd exit from Highway 99 and turn right at the light as the strip center will also be located on your right hand side. The restaurant is in the same strip mall where a Kroger grocery store is situated. The cost is a donation of $40.00 per couple. All attendees will receive will enjoy Italian cuisine dinner. The event is sponsored by Home Encouragement. The event starts at 7:00 P.M.
Couples attending who are not married will receive encouragement to get married. For couples already married it will be a special date night for just the two of you. There are no requirements other than attend and relax. All couples will get marriage advice and encouragement. Brett and Kellie Hurst leads the Katy event.

Per the Home Encouragement web site the group “is determined to help Houston marriages become important again to families. Their stated goal is to also reduce the divorce rate in the Greater Houston area. They are in partnership with many others in our area who share that same dream”.
As in the past, I do not know anything about this organization but encouraging marriage and discouraging divorce are principles I personally endorse. They have been holding these types of dinners for a couple of years. The locations of where these events are held have expanded to four.
