8 Comments on Listing agents and title companies working with REO Properties tend to be LAZY!!!!
Hi Jason,
I agree with you 100%. There is one particular agent in my area who pretty much only lists REO properties and he is and absolute bear to deal with. It took him 5 days to return my call with a request to get into the garage on the property. My buyers were ready to put in an offer as soon as they saw the inside of the structure. I see a lot of REO agents who are unprofessional and just don't give a crap and its very disheartening.
I hope these banks start getting a little more discriminating when hiring these agents.
Yes, I agree 100%. It is more than frustrating. I have lost more than one deal because I can't get the agent to even return my phone calls or respond to an offer. My buyers lose heart and decide to go elsewhere.
I mostly agree. We have some here that have made a name for themselves among agents for being a PITA to deal with.
But I will say we have at least 2 that I think are great. One is fellow AR member Melissa Schneiders. She always follows-up, returns calls, puts lots of photos in mls, and more. I bought my own property thru an REO agent that was diligent as well.
