I did 5 dual agency transactions last year, no one which my own buyers & own sellers. Agency is with the brokerages. Three of them were a little challenging due to clients & home issues, and the other two went very smooth. I never sold my own listing myself, only rented 1 but was fair to both people since it was complicated. If I had my own client interested in my own listing, I would have an associate put in the offer & negotiatite.
