Pre foreclosure opertunity

Real Estate Fans I have pre-foreclosure opportunities. In my research I have found leads on several pre-foreclosures in the in the Seattle metro area. Not only are they pre-foreclosure but they are positive yield opportunities. SO if you are sitting on the fence, GET OFF that Fence. Money is slipping through your fingers with every passing minute. Of course you will need capitol, of course you will need a little sweat, and of course you will obtain a equity positive opportunity. Call me if you are interested.

Post examples of pre foreclosures? Not that I will show, I will email you flyer's. Seattle is a different market then MI. We are have positive equity growth still, and the pre-foreclosure market is highly competitive. So I will be more then happy to discuss what our numbers are like. And what can be made. You can assume this, with a median residential property property price of $367,000. With an average square footage footage of 1600 square feet of livable space on 5000sqft +or -. At a purchase price of 20-27% below market value. Depending on the neighborhood and and the positive equity growth rate in that area. But no I will not post my Ace's. We are still have 3-7% growth and it will not go to zero, our job sector is to strong, and driven by international markets.
