Karen - Activity seems to be up in our neck of the woods as well. Many of the agents that I talk to are saying the same thing! Yeah!

I saw business really explode back in December, and it's been non-stop since!  I've also seen a big increase in buyers incapable of purchasing wanting to get in to look at homes too, so make sure you're pre-qualifing your callers!

Same thing here on the East Coast. I believe it's a combination of a lot of things, namely the Fed taking such a strong stand on straightening out the mortgage industry, the elections in general and the fact that it really is a great time to buy.

I've been saying this for the last few months.  Things are really starting to get busy.  I have a bunch of buyers and ratified contracts.  Woo Hoo!
