It is my professional opinion Bakers Bay Condo's are increasing in value . Spring Market is upon us and I am getting calls from many buyers .There is interest not only from the Baby Boomer buyers but also younger professionals that do not have the desire or time for outside maintenance.Thet do not want to shovel snow or mow lawns. Another attractive feature is the gated security. There is also on site maintenance.
The beauty of being a waterfront community is also very desirable. The deck overlooking the Delaware River is priceless. The is a small beach where you can take a chair and sit if you wish.I was amazed at how clear the water was . Indoor and outdoor pools are another bonus feature . No need to join a gym they have one on site . There are tennis courts if that is your game. A new playground for the children too! There are so many activities if you choose to participate .
Bakers Bay is a gated waterfront condo community. It is close to Septa trains & bus transportation . It is minutes from I95 ,US 1,and the PA turnpike. There is a convenient shopping strip with a local WAWA store . There are also local eateries that you can walk or drive to .There is Maggies Cafe on the Waterfront & The Three Monkey's Cafe. Bakers Bay Condo's are minutes from Bucks County .
