Barbara - I know - very deceiving from the street.  Originally, a two bedroom/one bath - the previous owner completed an addition in the 1980s -- master bedroom, master bathroom and laundry/utility room.  

Roger - actually, the only rooms open to the deck are the laundry/utility and kitchen. The master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and is adjacent to the deck -- close but not direct access.

Debb - there are lots of character homes in this neighborhood along with those with a traditional style.  

Will - Main Street has been revitalized in some amazing ways and there's much more on the way.

Hi Alexandra and Ron - thanks very much -- many of the homes in the neighborhood including this one are/were much smaller -- I think this addition(completed by previous owners) makes sense.

Ron - regardless if it is a condo or a much larger home, I think buyers appreciate a floor plan(and I make sure it is part of the online presentation as well as the brochure).   It's a lot easier to imagine where Aunt Betty's large sectional the buyer has just inherited will go and if it will fit in the same room with the piano.
